You can download my Paperwork Maintenance Routine Chart here and keep it in your inbox to keep your paperwork under control on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Be sure to download that chart here, so you are never at a loss for how to keep your paperwork under control.

So, to begin, you will gather all your paperwork from your “follow-up” bin.

I have all my bills automated, but every once in a while, we all can receive random bills. Taking care of them weekly ensures you are never late to pay a bill.

Task 2: Follow Up on Paperwork

Follow up on paperwork or schedule when to follow up. Our lives are already busy but adulting is still required. Taking care of important paperwork, though dreaded, is best taken care of weekly. Be sure to:

  • Read important documents.
  • Make any required calls.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Fill out required documents.
  • Bring important documents to any meetings. Pack that file in your suitcase, the night before.

Task 3: File Remaining Paperwork
