For today’s quick tip, I show you all about organizing food storage containers to save space. Whether you use a drawer or a bin in a cabinet or on a shelf, it is very helpful to have your lids stored vertically so that you can easily sift through them to choose the size you need.
You can even use a lid organizer. Here are some great adjustable options:

In a separate drawer, or on a shelf, you can organize food storage containers by nesting them inside of each other.
If you have the space, storing each food container with its lid can be an excellent way to store your containers. You or your less organized household might be less likely to lose the lids behind cabinets or drawers if they are stored with the container. Also, you will be more aware of any lids that might be missing and can, therefore, ask your household to help you look for the missing lid sooner rather than later. This works just fine if you have the space. For those with less space, storing lids separately and nesting your containers are better solutions for you.
