What’s Included?
Included in this one-month meal planning challenge download, I provide you with the meal planning challenge calendar. In addition to that, I provide you with a complete guide full of tips and tricks. This guide helps you get through each day of the challenge where you complete a meal plan, recipe book, and grocery list.
When Does the Challenge Start?
We officially start the first week of September, but you can join the challenge any time! Each Saturday will be a catch-up day. And, each Sunday will be a rest day. However, you can start this meal planning challenge any day you prefer. Also, if you find yourself being busier than expected during the weekdays, you can complete the weekday tasks on each Saturday instead.
How Do You Do This Challenge?
The “challenge” is not meant to be difficult as the word “challenge” can imply. Instead, this meal planning challenge gets you through specific categories of health goals and ways to save money on groceries. That way, you will get get a grasp on how to improve your health within your budget!
Why Would I Need to Do This Challenge?
The goal of the 4-week goal setting challenge is to establish your short term and long term health goals, collect a list of the ingredients you need to accomplish those goals, and learn ways to save money on your groceries so you can realistically accomplish your health goals!
