How to Organize Drinks for School or Work Lunches

The goal of organizing drinks for school and/or work lunches is to make them easy to grab and go … especially for those rushed mornings or the late nights preparing for tomorrow. I share all about eco-friendly and budget-friendly ways to organize water for quick and easy access from your pantry here. A lot of us like our drinks cold, so you can go ahead and store your travle cups filled with water in the fridge the night before. An organizer like this makes it easy for everyone to grab their water bottle at a glance instead of shoving water bottles around to find theirs (found here):

For the little ones and their variety of drink pouches, this organizer can help make choosing a flavor fun (found here):

How to Organize Drinks for Your Family & Guests

For your family, organizing drinks in the fridge will depend on how many of each variety you drink in a day. A drink is easily fully chilled over night so, in order to save space, in the evenings, you really only need to stock in refrigerator what you will reasonably consume in a day. I share all about how to organize your refrigerator here.

I always opt for not using organizing products first and living with a system where you simply designate areas or sections of your fridge for specific categories. When items become difficult to access from the back of the refrigerator, that’s when you can carefully select organizing solutions that will work for you.

For families that drink the same choice of canned drink, an organizing solution like this might be ideal for you (found here):

For the family with different tastes in drinks, an organizing solution like this is great for sliding out like a drawer and selecting your drink at a glance (found here):

For guests, you can use the same organizing solution above to store one drink each in each bin. Store them next to each other so each variety of drink is easy to choose from at a glance. Your guests can either grab their drink directly from your fridge or you can pull these bins out along with a bucket of ice and cups for your smaller, more intimate gatherings. I share all about how to organize your drinks for larger gathering in my previous post here.

If you purchase larger bottles of drinks like soda or other sparkling drinks, you can make your variety of choices easily accessible by utilizing an organizing solution like this (found here):

If you are able to have a dedicated refrigerator for drinks for your guests for larger gatherings, you can stack multiples of the organizing solution above. There are also larger capacity organizers for different types of drinks like this soda can organizer (found here) (I shared a dispenser-type solution in the previous post):

And, here is another option to contain any size variety of drinks from slim soda cans to taller glass bottles (found here):
